Please note: Our office will be relocated to Hanover in the medium term.
THE NEKST is an owner-managed group of companies with around 180 employees and three premium hospitality concepts:
• CODOS Roastery – specialty coffee and café culture
• Black Apron Bakery – exceptional artisanal baking
• Bestia Neapolitan Pizzeria – authentic Neapolitan pizza
Each brand has a distinct identity and its own target audience, while all three are united under the strategic umbrella of THE NEKST.
To support the growth of our digital business, we are looking for an analytically minded and hands-on professional who will take ownership of our Shopify store, company websites, performance marketing activities, and channel optimisation across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
Aufgaben
- Ownership of our Shopify store and company websites: audits, product page editing, landing page optimisation
- User behaviour analysis (heatmaps, conversion funnels) and actionable recommendations
- Planning, running and optimising Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping)
- Building and managing LinkedIn marketing campaigns (Sponsored Content, Lead Gen)
- Performance reporting and ongoing channel optimisation
Qualifikation
- Proven experience in e-commerce management (Shopify preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Analytical mindset; familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar or similar tools
- Structured, autonomous working style
- Very good German and English skills
