ÜBER DIE STELLE:

Du liebst die dynamische Welt des E-Commerce und möchtest in einem innovativen Unternehmen aktiv mitgestalten? Du bist ein Organisationstalent, bringst Erfahrung mit Shopify (Plus) mit und hast ein Gespür für Kampagnen sowie ein tiefes Verständnis für Kundenbedürfnisse? Als E-Commerce Manager:in (d/m/w) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres Online-Shops und bei der Optimierung unserer operativen Prozesse. Gemeinsam mit unserem Team trägst du maßgeblich zum Wachstum von Löwenanteil bei und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden ein außergewöhnliches Einkaufserlebnis genießen.

Unsere Arbeit erfolgt überwiegend im Homeoffice, doch wir schätzen den persönlichen Austausch. Deshalb swäre es schön, wenn du die Bereitschaft mitbringst, regelmäßig für Workshops oder Team-Meetings im CORE in Oldenburg zusammenzukommen.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

Shop-Management & Benchmarking: Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Weiterentwicklung und Maintenance unseres Online-Shops in Shopify (u. a. Seitenaufbau, Produktlisten, Navigation). Dabei blickst du stets über den Tellerrand, analysierst andere Webshops intensiv und bringst Best Practices proaktiv bei uns ein.

Fundierte Entscheidungsvorbereitung: Du evaluierst neue Features und Tools (z. B. Shopify-Apps für Loyalty-Programme). Du wägst Vor- und Nachteile strukturiert ab und präsentierst der Geschäftsführung klare, datenbasierte Handlungsempfehlungen.

A/B-Testing & Analyse: Du bist analytisch stark, wertest Onsite-KPIs aus und baust sinnvolle A/B-Testing-Entscheidungsbäume auf, um datenbasierte Maßnahmen zur Umsatz- und Conversion-Optimierung abzuleiten.

Projektmanagement: Du steuerst komplexe E-Commerce-Projekte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung und behältst Timelines, Ressourcen und Ziele stets im Griff.

Assets & Stakeholder-Koordination: Du briefst und koordinierst interne und externe Partner für die Erstellung und Abnahme von Assets (Grafiken, Texte, etc.) und arbeitest eng mit unseren Agenturen zusammen.

Funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest effektiv mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und bindest Kundenfeedback effizient ein, um wertvolle Insights in konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen für den Shop zu übersetzen und reibungslose End-to-End-Prozesse sicherzustellen.

Qualifikation

DEIN PROFIL:

• Du brennst für den E-Commerce, hast 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich und hast bereits intensiv mit Shopify (Plus) und Klar gearbeitet.
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing, E-Commerce oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten und ein tiefes Verständnis für E-Commerce-Trends und Kundenbedürfnisse.
• Du bist ein:e starke:r Projektmanager:in, arbeitest sehr strukturiert und bringst analytische Exzellenz mit.
• Du bringst Erfahrung im Onsite-Marketing sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Creatives mit.
• Du kennst dich aus mit Subscription- und CMS-Tools und hast grundlegende Kenntnisse in HTML und CSS.
• Du bist vertraut mit SEO, Web-Analytics und Tools wie Google Analytics 4.
• Du arbeitest sicher mit Tools wie Klaviyo, Figma, Google Keyword Manager sowie Projektmanagement-Systemen (z. B. Asana).
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
