Für diesen Weg suchen wir eine:n proaktive:n, datengetriebene:n E-Commerce Manager (m/w/d), um unseren auf Shopify basierenden Online-Shop zu verantworten und kontinuierlich mit Fokus auf Experimente und Conversion-Optimierung weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben

Store Operations und Kampagnen

• Du trägst Verantwortung für unseren Shopify-Shop, inklusive Theme-Adjustments und App-Konfiguration
• Du planst Produktlaunches, Promotions und Sales Kampagnen und setzt diese in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing-Team um
• Die Erstellung und Optimierung von Landing Pages zur Verbesserung der User Experience und zur Steigerung der Conversions sind Teil deines Aufgabenbereichs
• Du hast die neusten Entwicklungen der Shopify-Plattform und allgemeiner E-Commerce-Trends stets im Blick und initiierst proaktiv Maßnahmen, die für uns relevant sind
• Du behältst die Shop-Performance kontinuierlich im Blick, einschließlich Traffic-Entwicklungen, Conversion-Verschiebungen und produktspezifischer Trends, und sprichst relevante Veränderungen proaktiv an

Conversion-Optimierung und A/B-Testing

• Du identifizierst Testmöglichkeiten anhand von Funnel-Daten, Session-Recordings und Heatmaps und entwickelst strukturierte Hypothesen mit klaren Erfolgsmetriken
• Du ownst den A/B-Test-Backlog und arbeitest dabei eng mit dem Development Team zusammen - von der Priorisierung bis zur Umsetzung
• Du arbeitest mit uns an unserer langfristigen CRO-Strategie und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse in einer gemeinsamen Wissensdatenbank

SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

• Du wendest SEO Best Practices auf Landing Pages und weiteren Content der Website an, um die organische Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen
• Du entwickelst Strategien, um die Sichtbarkeit von Momenterie in LLM-basierten Suchergebnissen zu verbessern, und hast alle Trends und Entwicklunge im AEO-Umfeld im Blick

Qualifikation

• 1–2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als E-Commerce- oder Shop-Manager (m/w/d) in einem auf Shopify basierenden Online-Shop, mit praktischer Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Anpassung von Shopify
• Du übernimmst Eigeninitiative, gehst Herausforderungen strukturiert an und bringst durchdachte Vorschläge und Lösungen ein
• Du hast Erfahrung in der Durchführung von A/B-Tests; von der Hypothesenbildung bis zur Analyse.
• Ein sicherer Umgang mit Daten zeichnet dich aus: GA4, Funnel-Analysen, Heatmaps und Session Recordings
• Du hast Interesse an KI-Tools und scheust dich nicht, diese aktiv zu nutzen, um Prozesse zu beschleunigen – sei es für Analysen, Content oder die Automatisierung repetitiver Aufgaben
• Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis der SEO-Grundlagen
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und solide Deutschkenntnisse sind erforderlich; Französisch, Italienisch oder Niederländisch ist ein Plus
• Du zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise aus und bist in der Lage dazu, mehrere Arbeitsstränge eigenständig zu managen
