Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison for colleagues, including those in internal departments and external IT partners, regarding IT-related issues.
- Coordinate with external IT service providers.
- Classify and analyze service requests and disruptions.
- Project management.
- Create documentation of the solution path.
- Communicate between departments, the IT service provider, and the internal IT team to ensure timely resolution of reported service requests and issues, and continuous improvement of the IT landscape.
Requirements
- Graduate in a technical field such as System Integration, IT, or Information Technology, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experienced in first-level and second-level support.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, and Microsoft software.
- Strong team skills, excellent communication, integrity, structured and independent work, and a service-oriented attitude.
- Able to work remotely, as required, to serve as a liaison regarding IT issues for colleagues.
