Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues across Support and Development to build expertise and explore solution paths.
- Handle customer requests via our Service Desk and provide clear, reliable support.
- Reproduce and analyze issues by setting up test scenarios in our internal environments.
- Support the Customer Support team in daily operations and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and learning materials to help customers resolve common issues independently.
- Gain deep insights into hospital workflows, clinical environments, and the user experience with medical devices and supporting technologies.
Requirements:
- Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Medical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Strong customer orientation, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- A structured, reliable, and independent working style.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) and good command of English.
