How You'll Make a Difference
- Tie yourself deeply into our product and find the perfect solution for every customer's various application needs.
- Our customers appreciate your support through phone, email, and chat.
- Identify upselling opportunities for our high-volume customers and present them with new products and features that will enhance their lives.
- Continuously identify process improvements and tool enhancements to help Crewmeister evolve and grow.
The Stuff You Bring
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with software and the internet.
- Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level) and English (a plus).
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- Aged secondary education or a degree from an institute of higher education - further education is preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A sense of humor.
- Have experience working for a small company where time management and project planning were essential.
