So i am in a remote job, wherein hubstaff is used to literally calculate how much time you are working with them constantly monitoring the screenshots and productivity levels. If one doesn’t complete 40 hour per week on the software, salary gets deducted. Nothing to do with the KPIs, only the time spent on hubstaff. Any similar experiences?
