Job Description

I live in Mauritius and i am looking for a job that is 100% remote thus i started looking at websites like hiring cafe which have plenty of remote jobs available but i am wondering is there even a possibility that one of those companies actually hire me and give me flexible hours (due to the time difference in the working hours etc ?) Has anyone done something similar ?
