Chief of Staff (f/m/d)
Join deeploi, a Berlin-based SaaS company backed by Atomico, Cherry Ventures, and other leading investors, on the leadership team. This role is an opportunity to drive cross-functional alignment, own the financial steering, and ensure decisions are taken and executed across the company. Your mission is to act as a strategic and operational partner to the CEO, shaping the commercial model, leading financial steering and reporting, and structuring how the company operates. You will work closely with the Founders and leadership team, including sparring on People initiatives. This is a highly visible role with a wide scope, where you will take ownership of topics that matter and ensure they are driven to a result. Your responsibilities include owning strategic projects, driving the commercial model, leading financial steering and reporting, structuring how the company operates, partnering with leadership, and owning legal and contracts. You will need 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment, or strategic and finance roles, with strong financial analysis and reporting skills, and the ability to take ownership of topics that are unclear or unowned. You should be comfortable in a high-performance culture with a fast pace, changing priorities, and broad responsibility, and have excellent strategic thinking and communication skills. You will be based in our Berlin office 3-4 days a week, and you will make in-person culture something people want, not something they comply with. You must be fluent in German (C2) and business fluent in English (C1), and have high integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
