Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our growing production team at C&C, a leading player in the creative production industry. Your role will be pivotal in driving the company's production capabilities to new heights, ensuring the development and maintenance of efficient processes, while also managing production teams and providing the necessary direction for their development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute production strategies and operations across all channels and platforms, ensuring high-quality outcomes and meeting performance targets.
- As the Skill Lead, take personal and professional responsibility for your team's performance, offering constructive feedback and support to ensure consistent high standards.
- Step up as a Producer, managing projects from concept to final product, balancing the creative vision with operational requirements.
- Conceptualize and integrate an AI-enabled production system, working closely with the AI team to determine the best integration points and times.
- Calculate fixed-price productions, protect margins, and strategically allocate budget to maximize return on investment.
- Expand our network of partners for high-end productions, ensuring that all external collaborators adhere to our quality standards.
- Understand the optimal use of AI, a hybrid setup, or a wholly human approach based on project needs and outcomes.
Requirements and Experience:
- Solid experience in producing social and CTV content, understanding the entire production process from concept to final asset.
- Proficient in leadership and team development, providing direction and setting quality standards.
- Expertise in production processes, tools, and setups, particularly with AI-enabled production and post-production.
- Clear insights into when AI, a hybrid setup, or a purely human approach is the best strategy for a project.
- Proven ability to make clear, structured decisions and bring together internal and external stakeholders.
- Located in Berlin and fluent in German and English.
