We are looking for a seasoned Industry Pump Service Lead (m/w/d) to lead our Service & Maintenance division, taking responsibility for building and expanding our service offerings. This role will be instrumental in developing and advancing our service strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the Service & Maintenance division for industrial pumps, ensuring it is comprehensive and cutting-edge.
- Acquire and grow our client base within the Service & Maintenance segment.
- Plan, organize, and supervise maintenance, repair, and service engagements.
- Create and develop service concepts and maintenance agreements.
- Build and lead a service team to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
- Optimize processes and service flows to enhance performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Technical education or related field, such as Mechanical Engineering or Pump Technology
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial pump, service, maintenance, or repair fields.
- Experience in project and team leadership.
- Fantastic understanding of industrial pumps.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
