Aufgaben

Business Development:

• Du bist ein zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und betreust diese. Zudem entwickelst Du Strategien zur Umsatzmaximierung und erkennst Cross- & Upselling-Potenziale.

Key-Account Management:

• Als zentrale Schnittstelle für alle Kundenanliegen sorgst Du für eine reibungslose Kommunikation zwischen Kunden und internen Teams. Du behältst stets den Überblick und stellst sicher, dass alle Anliegen schnell und effizient bearbeitet werden, um das Vertrauen zu stärken und potenzielle Umsatzmöglichkeiten auszubauen.

Führung & Teamentwicklung

• Du übernimmst Personalverantwortung und entwickelst dein Team weiter, indem du dein Expertenwissen teilst. Durch klare Zielsetzungen und kontinuierliches Feedback sorgst du für Wachstum, Engagement und nachhaltigen Erfolg im Team.

Individuelle Media-Strategien mit Wachstumsfokus:

• Auf Basis der Briefings Deiner Kunden entwickelst Du passgenaue digitale Media-Strategien, die deren Ziele und Bedürfnisse perfekt abdecken und zum Erfolg der Kampagnen beitragen.

Nutzung und Anwendung von (Media-) Planungstools:

• Mit deinem Expert:innenwissen in der Anwendung von Media-Planungstools erstellst Du präzise und effektive Mediapläne, die zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Kampagnen beitragen.

Experte für digitale Mediagattungen:

• Du verfügst über umfassende Expertise in allen relevanten digitalen Mediagattungen. Dadurch wählst Du die besten Mediakanäle und Werbeformate für unsere Kampagnen auszuwählen.

Vertrieb & New Business

• Neben der Betreuung bestehender Kunden treibst Du aktiv die Neukundengewinnung voran und erschließt neue Marktpotenziale.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung und digitalen Media-Planung:

• Mit mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung in der digitalen Media-Planung bringst Du umfassendes Fachwissen mit und verstehst, wie Du Kunden sowohl strategisch als auch operativ betreuen kannst. Deine crossmediale Expertise ermöglicht es Dir, maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.

Teamführung und Ausbildung:

• Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams, mit dem Fokus auf Motivation, Coaching und individuelle Weiterbildung. Du hast die Fähigkeit, Talente zu erkennen, Potenziale zu fördern und das Team zu Höchstleistungen zu führen.

Analytisches Geschick und Zahlenaffinität:

• Du hast eine Affinität zu Zahlen und dem Umgang mit MS Excel und PowerPoint sowie Tools wie advision und mds. Dein analytisches Denkvermögen hilft dir, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.

Kommunikative und überzeugungsstarke Persönlichkeit:

• Deine offene und kommunikative Art macht dich zur idealen Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden. Durch deine souveräne und authentische Ausstrahlung baust du deine Kundenbeziehungen auf.
