Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer/Software Engineer with a strong foundation in React, Python, and Node.js to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly web applications. This role will involve working closely with the product team to define technical requirements and developing solutions that meet these needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. React Development:
- Implement and maintain React components and applications.
- Develop and enhance user interfaces using React libraries and tools.
- Optimize performance and ensure smooth user experience.
2. Python Development:
- Write and debug Python scripts and applications.
- Utilize Python frameworks for web development, such as Django or Flask.
- Perform API design and implementation.
3. Node.js Development:
- Develop and maintain Node.js-based services and applications.
- Implement and optimize database connections and queries.
- Utilize Node.js for server-side development and microservices.
4. Scalability and Performance:
- Design scalable solutions that can handle increased traffic and user volume.
- Implement best practices for performance optimization, including caching, load balancing, and database optimization.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the application is as fast and efficient as possible.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
- Work closely with designers to translate design concepts into functional applications.
- Communicate effectively with the development team to address issues and provide updates on progress.
6. Documentation and Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain and update code documentation.
- Implement automated tests and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Regularly review and improve the application’s performance and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on React, Python, and Node.js technologies.
- Proficiency in React, Python, and Node.js frameworks (Django, Flask, Express).
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles and practices.
- Experience with modern version control systems (Git).
- Experience with database technologies and database design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with microservices architecture and deployment.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab).
