Job Description: Full Stack Developer (React, Python, and Backend)

Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development (React): Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces that are intuitive, responsive, and engaging. Work closely with designers to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices. Implement and optimize user interactions using React frameworks and libraries.
- Backend Development (Python): Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient APIs that integrate seamlessly with the frontend and interact effectively with the database. Utilize Python frameworks and libraries such as Django, Flask, and SQLAlchemy to build robust backend solutions.
- Database Management: Work with a team of database administrators to design, implement, and maintain the company’s database systems. Ensure data integrity, security, and performance by following best practices and using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Full Stack Development: Combine frontend and backend expertise to create cohesive applications that integrate seamlessly. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to ensure that the entire application is robust and user-friendly.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure that the application meets quality standards and is free of bugs. Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to maintain high quality and reliability.
- Documentation and Training: Write clear, comprehensive documentation for both frontend and backend components. Train junior developers and provide technical support to ensure smooth development processes.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React, Python, and Django or Flask.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with database management systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full stack development, preferably with a tech company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Location: Remote work environment with an option to work in our office.
