Responsibilities
At Rügamer & Steiner, we believe that creativity and execution are equally important. Here are the key responsibilities you'll be taking on:
- Design and Launch Campaigns: You'll design and launch campaigns in Figma, following our strict guidelines and deadlines. You'll be responsible for creating engaging and effective designs that convert users.
- Create the Brand: You'll be responsible for the overall brand look and feel, from the design of the website to the creation of images and illustrations. You'll work closely with the team to ensure that the brand is consistently represented.
- Be a Design Leader: You'll be responsible for the design process, from ideation to execution. You'll be the go-to person for design decisions, and you'll work closely with the team to ensure that the design is the right fit for the campaign.
- Be a Salesperson: You'll be responsible for bringing in new clients and converting leads into customers. You'll be the face of the brand, and you'll need to be able to sell your ideas and get clients excited about them.
- Be a Team Player: You'll be working closely with the rest of the team, from the sales team to the product development team. You'll need to be able to work well with others and help the team achieve its goals.
Requirements
