Your Mission
As a Senior Project Manager (all genders), you will lead ambitious digital management projects focused on migration and inner-city issues. Your role will involve integrating expertise in migration and urban affairs with cutting-edge technology and delivering practical solutions in real-world applications. You will manage complex requirements, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and guide the project's successful completion.
What You Bring
Bring your expertise in project management, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of migration and urban issues to this position. We are seeking someone with:
- Over three years of experience managing development and digitalization projects and able to lead projects end-to-end.
- Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams and taking full responsibility for Scope, Budget, Time, Quality, and Risks.
- Experience with projects in the public sector and/or a strong background in migration and urban affairs.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with external clients and manage projects in a cross-functional team.
- Skilled in agile and traditional project methodologies. Experience with scalable agile approaches or hybrid project setups is a plus.
- Reliable Project Management Certification, such as PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum PSM/PSPO.
- Relevant Project Management or Agile training, such as PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum PSM/PSPO.
- Excellent German and English language skills in both spoken and written communication.
