Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code that meets business requirements and technical standards.
- Lead the development team, providing technical guidance and support to junior developers, and ensuring that the team meets project goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and provide strategic input on project goals and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in the field of full-stack development.
- Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize technical requirements, and provide feedback on project designs and implementation plans.
- Contribute to the development of new and innovative solutions to meet business needs.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team performance.
- Participate in technical training and development, including mentoring and coaching junior developers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with database design and management using SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and a deep understanding of best practices for code management.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and a solid understanding of security best practices.
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks, and provide strategic input on project goals and outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
