Position Overview
As a High-Performance Partner Manager, your primary responsibility is to identify and acquire high-performance partners primarily through provisions, such as UpPromote and other relevant platforms. You are also responsible for leading complex negotiation processes and ensuring a well-crafted campaign brief. Your role involves steering cross-channel collaborations from start to finish, acting as both a mentor and a go-to point of contact for team members. You are responsible for building and enhancing the existing network, establishing strategic key relationships for BEARS WITH BENEFITS, and creating innovative strategies to boost brand loyalty. You are also tasked with monitoring and analyzing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop actionable insights, set budget optimizations, and make independent strategic decisions regarding the continuation or scaling of partnership efforts.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess at least 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Marketing, preferably within the D2C, Beauty, or Lifestyle sectors. Additionally, they should have a completed or equivalent educational background in Marketing, Communication, or Business. Fluent in both German and Dutch is highly desirable, while proficiency in English is a must. Passionate about beauty topics and active on social media platforms is also essential. As an organization talent, the candidate should maintain strong leadership and communication skills, possess excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and hands-on mentality.
