Web Development Lead - React, Node, and JavaScript Developer
As a Web Development Lead specialized in React, Node, and JavaScript, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company’s web applications. Your expertise in these technologies will be leveraged to lead the development of cutting-edge web solutions that exceed client expectations and meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Development Teams: You will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of developers, ensuring they meet project timelines and quality standards.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for web application development projects, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.
3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to developers, ensuring they are proficient in using the latest JavaScript frameworks, Node.js, and React for efficient development.
4. Code Reviews and Peer Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews and peer reviews to maintain high coding standards and promote a collaborative development environment.
5. Team Training and Development: Develop training programs for team members to enhance skills, and organize regular team development workshops to keep the team updated on the latest trends and technologies.
6. Project Management: Oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
7. Project Management Tools: Utilize project management tools like Jira or Trello to effectively manage project workflows and track progress.
8. Codebase Management: Work closely with the development team to manage the codebase, ensuring it is well-organized, maintainable, and scalable.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on JavaScript, React, Node.js, and modern web development technologies.
3. Skills:
- Proficient in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and modern front-end technologies.
- Strong understanding of web application architecture, including RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Certifications: Certified in JavaScript, React, or Node.js.
5. Technical Stack: Proficient in React, Node.js, Angular, and modern front-end technologies like Redux, Vuex, and TypeScript.
6. Soft Skills:
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
Location:
Remote, with the ability to work from home.
