Our core product line includes door stops, hinges, and furniture feet, and we have achieved significant success in selling these items through Amazon, worldwide, and have even entered the Top-500 Seller list in Germany. Our company, with five team members, operates with no corporate structure, and our team is composed of five experienced professionals who share a passion for simplicity and quality.
Responsibilities
Picture Perfect: At LouMaxx, we believe in the power of visual appeal. Our main task is to design compelling images that are both eye-catching and effective. We focus on creating eye-catching images that generate clicks, increase conversion rates, and drive sales. Our team is responsible for these images, and we work closely with our design agency to bring these concepts to life in Photoshop. We don't require every image to be perfect, but we expect you to have a keen eye for quality and the ability to create images that are both visually appealing and effective.
Build What Doesn't Yet Exist: After creating compelling images, we move on to building channels that are not yet present. We work across multiple platforms, including Amazon, social media, newsletters, and our own store, where we're still in the early stages. We are responsible for designing and implementing these channels from the beginning, rather than merely managing them. We leverage technology tools to automate the process, but we do not rely solely on technology; we use them as an extension of our design and creativity.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, content, or marketing, with experience working on marketplaces and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe (primarily Photoshop), Canva, and commonly used AI tools.
- A strong eye for visual quality and a sense of what sells and what clicks.
- A hands-on mentality. In a team of five, there's no room for purely strategic roles; you're responsible for creating solutions from the ground up.
- No Amazon experience required, but a willingness to learn from Amazon's best practices is a plus.
