Your Mission at ]]init[
At ]]init[, you'll take on the responsibility of leading ambitious digital communication projects with a particular focus on CMS-based information offerings and websites, alongside their continuous development and management. This involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams of technology, communication, creation, content, and UX experts to understand and meet the needs of our clients.
The Work Ahead
- Guide and ensure the successful execution of complex digital projects, with a strong emphasis on scope, budget, quality, and timeliness.
- Focus on developing projects and enhancing client relationships in collaboration with our expert teams across various disciplines.
- Identify new trends, challenges, and opportunities in existing clients and bring them to life through innovative digital solutions.
- Bring your knowledge and project perspective into proposals, job postings, and pitches. If you have relevant experience, it could help you further your career; otherwise, we can provide training and development opportunities.
- Manage stakeholders effectively and ensure clarity, responsibility, and cooperation in complex project scenarios.
- Bring expertise in presales, business development, job postings, or offer development while offering experience in agile or traditional project methods. Certifications are a plus, but not a requirement.
- Work with clients and experts from various disciplines, such as technology, communication, UX, design, creation, and content.
- Cultivate strong connections with diverse stakeholders, communicate effectively, and have strong German language skills both verbally and in writing.
