Your Mission at ]init[
Our Senior Project Manager, a role designed for individuals with a passion for digital projects, is tasked with leading and managing ambitious digital communication projects. This includes working with CMS-based information offerings and websites, as well as their ongoing development and operation. You will partner with multidisciplinary teams, from technology to communication, design, content creation, and user experience, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective project delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges of existing clients and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
The Duties
- Supervise high-profile digital implementation projects and ensure scope, budget, quality, and timelines are on track.
- Focus on digital communication projects, particularly CMS-based information offerings and websites, and their ongoing development and operation. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including technology, digital communication consulting, design, content creation, and user experience specialists.
- Engage closely with clients, inter-disciplinary project teams, and stakeholders to translate client needs into concrete project objectives and solutions.
- Identify emerging needs and opportunities in existing clients and develop projects and customer relationships together with industry experts.
- Bridge your experience and project perspectives into proposals, job applications, and pitches. Additional skills and experience can be an asset.
- Manage stakeholders in an informed and clear manner and ensure smooth communication, reliability, and positive teamwork in complex project environments.
- Bring expertise in presales, business development, job applications, or offer development, and bring your skills to the table. Additional experience in public sector or related fields is a bonus.
- Work across disciplines such as technology, communication, user experience, design, and content creation.
- Have a completed degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and possess excellent written and spoken German.
