Aufgaben

• Plattform-Management: Du verantwortest die Konzeption und Bereitstellung einer Trusted DevOps Platformund dem zentralen Developer Portal für Software-Engineering-Teams.
• Optimierung der DevEx: Dein Fokus liegt auf der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Developer Experience über den kompletten DevSecOps-Lifecycle hinweg.
• Workflow-Design: Du integrierst Tools und Services in die Trusted DevOps Platform, um automatisierte, verständliche Abläufe ohne Medienbrüche und mit einer idealen User Experience zu schaffen.
• Interessenvertretung & Kooperation: In enger Abstimmung mit den Entwicklerteams fungierst du als deren Interessenvertreter. Du identifizierst Nutzerbedarfe, koordinierst dich mit KollegInnen und gestaltest gemeinsam tragfähige Lösungen, die du anschließend in die Umsetzung bringst.

Qualifikation

• Qualifikation: Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie über langjährige Praxis in der modernen Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Platform Engineering.
• Technisches Profil: Du beherrschst komplexe DevSecOps-Szenarien (Build-Pipelines, Client/Server-Technologien auf Basis proprietärer Java-Frameworks, Mainframe und Container-Infrastrukturen).
• Problemlösungskompetenz: Du bearbeitest hochkomplexe Anforderungen und Fehlerszenarien eigenverantwortlich und bringst tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Performanceoptimierung komplexer Systeme mit.
• Plattform-Expertise: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von Trusted DevOps Platforms sowie Developer Portalen gesammelt, wobei Kenntnisse im Backstage-Ökosystem von Vorteil sind.
• Methodik & Schätzung: Du besitzt Coaching-Expertise in ASE-Techniken und bist versiert in der Anforderungs- und Aufwandskalkulation.
• Branchenwissen: Idealerweise bist du mit der agree21-Architektur sowie den entsprechenden Prozessen für Entwicklung und Deployment vertraut.
• Kommunikation: Deine Deutschkenntnisse entsprechen mindestens dem C1-Niveau, deine Englischkenntnisse dem B2-Niveau.
• Persönliche Stärken: Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Abstraktionsvermögen, Konzeptionsstärke (strategisch und operativ) sowie Organisationstalent aus. Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick runden dein Profil ab.
