At our company, we are currently seeking a Design Manager (all genders) for our team in Stuttgart, Germany, specializing in retail window campaigns within the luxury sector. We are looking for someone who can join our community and share in our journey of creating amazing experiences for our customers.
WHAT YOU DO
In collaboration with the project management, you are responsible for the direction of creative briefing documents that will be transformed into sustainable retail campaigns in the luxury sector. This includes the technical implementation of window campaigns with high aesthetic appeal, where you will work closely with prototyping, production, and the customer-facing representative. Your responsibilities also include defining the production process with our in-house production, selecting materials, creating technical drawings, and producing production documents while adhering to the budget and schedule.

- Collaborate with prototyping, production, and the customer-facing representative.

- Be present in production quality gates, set up, and provide convincing customer presentations for prototyping, visual merchandising, and pre-assembly.
- Browse through locations and ensure installation of window displays, check technical feasibility at the site, and work closely with our clients.
WHO YOU ARE
- Have a relevant degree in technical or design-related fields and bring at least 2-3 years of experience in 3D design, preferably with involvement in prototyping and production.
- Bring experience in handling creative briefs (especially in technical descriptions, compositions, colors, and materials, surface designs, and material feasibility).
- Bring proficiency in at least one 3D program and Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Have strong communication skills in English and German and be motivated to accompany installation visits.
- Work independently and take responsibility, bringing a high attention to detail and design skills, as well as an innovative and sustainability-oriented approach.
