Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Python).
- Implement best practices for software development lifecycle management, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies into our solutions.
3. Build Scalable and Efficient Systems:
- Design scalable backend services that can handle high traffic and ensure high availability.
- Implement efficient front-end rendering techniques and optimize performance for improved user experience.
- Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure systems are robust and reliable.
4. Enhance User Experience:
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using modern design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Conduct usability tests and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure seamless navigation and responsive design across various devices and browsers.
5. Collaborate with Clients and Stakeholders:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate technical aspects effectively to non-technical stakeholders and provide clear project updates.
- Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
6. Provide Support and Technical Guidance:
- Offer guidance and solutions to team members on technical challenges and issues.
- Participate in regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve coding standards and quality.
- Stay updated on the latest security protocols and best practices to maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
7. Adapt and Learn:
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in software development.

8. Participate in Team-Building Activities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration tools, and agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end development and responsive design principles.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with serverless architectures and cloud functions.
- Experience with mobile app development or backend development for mobile devices.
