Mission:
Databricks is seeking a Databricks Solutions Architect to lead and support large, enterprise-level customers in adopting Databricks for their data and machine learning strategies. As a Databricks Solutions Architect, you will partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to define and guide technical strategies for some of the world's most sophisticated businesses. Your expertise in value selling, technical account management, and leadership of technical teams will be crucial in transforming these clients into Databricks advocates, enabling them to effectively utilize Databricks' products and drive broader adoption of machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML & AI) technologies.
Outcomes:
- Lead clients through a transformative journey centered around Databricks, helping them evaluate and adopt the platform as part of their overall strategy.
- Implement the technical strategy in the account, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategy.
- Build a movement of technical champions within the account to support the broader adoption of Databricks.
- Align technical strategies with Databricks solutions to ensure comprehensive and effective implementation.
- Provide structured mentorship to other team members to enhance skill development and leadership within the team.
- Establish and cultivate respect among peers through experience, insight, and contributions.

- Experience working with customers in large, global accounts.
- Ability to form and maintain relationships with executives and influencers.
- Persuasive and influential presentation skills to convince key decision-makers and drive success.
- Deep technical understanding in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
- Strategic ability to drive business transformation and change through data-driven insights.
- Experience with production programming in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Nice to have: Databricks Certification.
