Position Summary:
Tech Innovate is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development and a passion for creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of modern users. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new features and improvements to existing features on our web application
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure that the application meets the needs of the target audience
- Design, implement, and maintain the backend of the application
- Develop and optimize front-end components for fast and efficient performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges
- Contribute to the development of the application's design and user experience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web technologies and programming languages
- Write clean, well-documented code that follows best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack web development
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development
- Experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience with databases and SQL
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
