As a Data Integrations Specialist, you will support and configure integrations that connect nCino to our clients' broader technology environments, ensuring banks and financial institutions fully harness the capabilities of our platform. You thrive in the detail, tracing issues back to their root causes and finding cleaner ways to solve them. You partner closely with project owners and customers, building a strong foundation in the nCino Integration Framework and data models to optimize integrations. You excel at following established guidelines, troubleshooting using configuration review, debug logs, and developer tools, and documenting root cause analysis clearly. Your skills are honed as you grow professionally, potentially moving to more complex implementations and stronger customer relationships.
You bring a blend of technical skills, including strong problem-solving abilities and experience with databases and ETL tooling. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work independently and collaboratively, and have a history of learning and adapting to new technologies. You are familiar with JSON, HTML, and scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. Proven experience with CRM platforms like nCino or Salesforce is a plus, as is knowledge of loan processes and financial services.
