Job Description

Nailscamp with our brands Proglow/Ongle24 is a leading European e-commerce provider specializing in professional-grade nail aesthetics. We are focused on scaling our digital infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making across all business units. We are currently seeking a structured and experienced professional to build and manage our central data infrastructure.

Aufgaben

As our first dedicated Data Architect, your primary objective will be to design, implement, and maintain a robust data ecosystem from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between raw data collection and executive-level business intelligence. This is an end-to-end role requiring both high-level architectural planning and hands-on technical execution.

Infrastructure Design: Architect and deploy a centralized cloud data warehouse environment tailored to our e-commerce requirements.

Pipeline Development: Establish reliable ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from diverse sources, including shop systems, ERPs, and marketing platforms.

Data Modeling: Design and implement a scalable table architecture and schema that ensures data integrity and high performance for complex queries.

Visualization & Reporting: Develop and maintain internal dashboards and reporting suites to provide actionable insights for Marketing, Operations, and Finance.

Governance & Optimization: Ensure data security, documentation, and cost-efficient scaling of the cloud infrastructure.

Qualifikation

Experience: Several years of proven experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture

Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with cloud data warehousing solutions and the modern data stack.

Technical Skills: Advanced SQL proficiency is mandatory. Professional experience in Python or similar languages for data manipulation and automation.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical data models

Project Management: A methodical approach to building systems from scratch, with a strong emphasis on documentation and long-term maintainability.
