Front-End Engineer - React, Node.js, and JavaScript
At NewVentures Inc., we are looking for a Front-End Engineer who will play a crucial role in shaping our user interface and experience. This position is focused on developing cutting-edge web applications using React, Node.js, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Responsibilities
1. Front-End Development
- Build and maintain high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with the back-end team to ensure seamless integration and efficient communication.
- Optimize application performance and improve the overall user experience.
2. UI Design and Prototyping
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using HTML, CSS, and design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
- Contribute to the design process by providing insights on user needs and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure that the design decisions align with the project goals.
3. Testing and Debugging
- Participate in the testing process by writing unit tests and ensuring that the code is bug-free and performs as expected.
- Provide feedback on the performance and usability of the application, working with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
- Adhere to coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality code.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and design tools such as Adobe XD or Figma.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks, APIs, and database technologies is a plus.
