Key Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain the backend of web applications using modern programming languages such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript.
- Implement RESTful APIs, utilizing frameworks like Django, Ruby on Rails, or Node.js.
- Develop server-side logic and database integration.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
2. Frontend Development:
- Design and develop responsive, visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
- Implement front-end components that integrate seamlessly with the backend and database.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize user experience.
- Work closely with designers to ensure design decisions align with technical feasibility.
3. Database Management:
- Design and manage databases using SQL or NoSQL technologies.
- Implement database queries and perform database optimization.
- Ensure database performance and scalability.
- Implement database security measures to protect sensitive data.
4. Version Control:
- Utilize version control tools like Git to manage and track changes in codebase.
- Implement continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure code quality and maintainability.
5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Write automated tests to ensure the reliability and stability of the application.
- Conduct manual testing to identify and fix bugs.
- Implement performance testing to ensure the application can handle large volumes of traffic.
6. Documentation and Maintenance:
- Maintain clear and concise documentation for both frontend and backend code.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand the project requirements.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Full-Stack development.
- Proficiency in one of the following technologies: Python, Ruby, JavaScript (Node.js), Ruby on Rails, or Django.
- Strong understanding of web development principles, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks.
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Proficient in a programming language or framework that aligns with the company's technology stack.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, or React.
- Experience with mobile app development.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud-based databases like DynamoDB or MongoDB Atlas.
