Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Coordinator to join our team in Germany. This role involves providing mental health support to employees through various initiatives and programs, including online platforms, language classes, and community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mental health support programs, including online platforms, language classes, and community events.
- Offer mental health support to employees through a variety of initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing mental health awareness and support programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the company and external partners to ensure comprehensive mental health support.
- Provide mental health resources and support to employees, including workshops, seminars, and peer support.
- Monitor the mental health of employees and provide targeted support as needed.
- Advocate for mental health awareness and support within the company and the broader community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven experience in mental health support or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in German language is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of mental health and wellness concepts is essential.
Start Date:
Open until filled, as soon as possible.
Duration:
We are looking for a long-term collaboration. Currently, we can offer a fixed-term contract for 12 months with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding.
Remuneration:
The range is EUR 4,363 (Masters plus 5+ relevant years outside of university studies) to EUR 4,810 (9+ years relevant experience outside of Masters'), in accordance with level 4 steps 1 to 3 of our remuneration scales.
Vacation:
29 days paid annual leave for each year worked (pro rata) + one day gifted around Christmas.
