Senior Frontend Engineer
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Front-End Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user-centric design solutions.
- Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable front-end codebases.
- Identify and mitigate performance issues, ensuring optimal user experience.
2. Responsive Design and Cross-Platform Compatibility:
- Develop responsive front-end solutions that adapt seamlessly across various devices and browsers.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility, ensuring seamless experiences on both mobile and desktop.
- Conduct A/B testing and analytics to optimize user interface (UI) and user experience (UX).
3. Front-End Framework and Libraries:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Implement and optimize JavaScript frameworks and libraries effectively.
- Leverage front-end tools like Webpack, Gulp, and SASS for efficient development.
4. Performance and Optimization:
- Optimize front-end performance by implementing best practices and techniques such as lazy loading, minification, and code splitting.
- Monitor and analyze front-end performance metrics using tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and WebPageTest.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose and implement solutions to improve performance.
5. Code Quality and Maintenance:
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the front-end codebase.
- Implement and maintain front-end solutions for future-proofing the application.
6. User Interface Design:
- Collaborate with UI designers to ensure a cohesive front-end design that complements the overall UI/UX design.
- Implement responsive and accessible front-end designs that meet WCAG standards.
- Conduct usability tests to ensure the front-end solution meets user needs.
7. Back-End Integration:
- Collaborate with the back-end team to ensure data synchronization and integration across the application.
- Optimize front-end performance to enhance the overall application performance.
8. Security and Compliance:
- Implement security measures to protect the application from vulnerabilities and threats.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for front-end development.
Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, and other relevant front-end technologies.
- Experience with front-end frameworks and libraries such as Webpack, Gulp, and SASS.
- Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques and tools like Webpack, Gulp, and Lighthouse.
- Experience with front-end performance metrics and analytics tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and WebPageTest.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in front-end development tools and environments like Chrome DevTools, Firefox Developer Edition, and Node.js.
- Experience with front-end testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, and Cypress.
- Experience with front-end codebase management tools like Git, Jenkins, and Travis CI.
- Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and environments.
2. Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that front-end solutions meet high standards of quality and performance.
3. Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with at least one front-end framework or library such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Webpack, Gulp, and SASS.
