Your Tasks
As a cybersecurity professional, you are responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions across various projects and initiatives. You lead strategic projects, ensure project milestones are met, and manage stakeholder communication, translating complex technical concepts into comprehensible information for all involved. Your role encompasses analyzing and advising clients on cybersecurity strategies and developing new services and topic areas. You actively participate in client acquisition efforts, leading IT vulnerability assessments, and risk evaluations of information security incidents, contributing to the development of internal security methodologies and standards. Your responsibilities include designing solution concepts, IT architectures, and leading transformation initiatives in the field of cybersecurity.
Your Profile
You hold a Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related discipline. With 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, including experience in Zero Trust concepts, technologies, and Identity & Access Management (IAM), you bring leadership and management skills to the table. Your strong understanding of business processes in cybersecurity, extensive knowledge of networking, and comprehensive experience in cybersecurity-specific architectures and principles make you a valuable asset. You possess excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, both in German and English (minimum C1 level). Your enthusiastic attitude towards digital topics, strategies, and processes, your ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and your proactiveness make you a desirable candidate for this role.
