Head of Data Science and AI
Muck Rack is seeking a visionary leader to join our rapidly growing team at the forefront of the data science and artificial intelligence revolution. This is a strategic role where you will lead the development and implementation of advanced AI and data science solutions that will revolutionize our platform and significantly improve our clients' success in the public relations and communications industry.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive the transformation of Muck Rack into a fully AI-driven platform, focusing on enhancing our proprietary AI-powered tools. This involves developing cutting-edge AI models to automate and streamline the PR workflow, providing real-time insights and personalized recommendations to our clients. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams to integrate these models into our existing platform, ensuring seamless integration and a smooth user experience.
In addition to developing and deploying new AI tools, you will lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will provide strategic guidance and mentorship to your team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this rapidly evolving field.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI, with a proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions in a professional setting. You should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI. You should also have experience working with large datasets and have a strong understanding of data analysis techniques, including but not limited to supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing, and deep learning.
