Aktuell suchen wir tatkräftige Unterstützung für unseren Customer Support am Wochenende. Du wirst Teil eines dynamischen Teams sein und die Möglichkeit haben, deine Fähigkeiten in einem schnelllebigen und aufregenden Umfeld zu erweitern.
Aufgaben
- Du bist für die Betreuung und Beratung unserer bestehenden Kunden am Wochenende verantwortlich
- Du nimmst Kundenbeschwerden und Feedback an und findest zufriedenstellende Lösungen
- Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden jederzeit auf freundliche und schnelle Hilfe zählen können und machst damit unsere Kunden happy
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden und entwickelst Maßnahmen zur langfristigen Kundenbindung
- Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing und anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um eine ganzheitliche Kundenbetreuung sicherzustellen
Qualifikation
- Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Kundensupport mit
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und idealerweise auch in Englisch
- Du zeigst eine hohe Empathie gegenüber Kunden und verstehst ihre Bedürfnisse
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und koordinierst effektiv mit anderen Abteilungen, um gemeinsame Ziele zu erreichen
- Du bist in der Lage, Aufgaben effizient zu organisieren und den Überblick über verschiedene Kundenanfragen zu behalten
