Aufgaben
Das ist Dein Spielfeld:
- Du verantwortest den Erfolg Deiner Accounts – von einem strukturierten Onboarding bis zur langfristigen Nutzung von SalesViewer® als echten Vertriebshebel.
- Du verstehst die Geschäftsziele Deiner Kunden und übersetzt sie in konkrete Setups, Workflows und Strategien innerhalb der Plattform.
- Du führst eigenständig komplexe Onboardings mit mehreren Stakeholdern durch – von der technischen Unterstützung bis zur Einbindung in feste Prozesse.
- Du erkennst Potenziale in Deinen Accounts und entwickelst daraus proaktiv Gespräche über Erweiterungen und neue Anwendungsfälle.
- Du bist die Stimme Deiner Kunden intern – Du gibst strukturiertes Feedback ans Produkt- und Entwicklungsteam und beeinflusst damit die Roadmap.
- Du baust echte Beziehungen auf – nicht als Ansprechpartner für Support-Fragen, sondern als strategischer Partner, dem Kunden vertrauen.
Qualifikation
Das zeichnet Dich aus:
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle – idealerweise im B2B-SaaS-Umfeld.
- Du kommunizierst klar, verbindlich und auf Augenhöhe – ob mit dem Anwender oder dem Entscheider.
- Du kannst komplexe Themen einfach erklären und verlierst dabei weder den roten Faden noch den Kunden.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst mit und wartest nicht darauf, dass jemand Dir sagt, was als nächstes zu tun ist.
