- Customer Support: Du betreust unsere Wholesale- und Key Account Kund:innen eigenständig, serviceorientiert, professionell und mit vollem Überblick.
- Order Management: Du übernimmst das Auftrags- und Reklamationsmanagement inklusive Lieferüberwachung und stellst unter Berücksichtigung von Limit-Planungen eine optimale Warenversorgung sicher.
- Performance Optimization: Du wertest Orders und Sortimentsperformance aus, leitest konkrete Maßnahmen ab und setzt diese konsequent um.
- Merchandise & Replenishment Support: Du unterstützt im operativen Merchandise Management & Rerplenishment, um eine optimale Warensteuerung auf den Verkaufsflächen unserer Kund:innen sicherzustellen.
- Teamwork & Coodination: Du stimmst dich eng mit Area Sales Managern, Agenturen sowie internen Abteilungen ab und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss.

- Du hast dein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen, idealerweise im Bereich BWL, Business Management oder vergleichbar.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service der Warensteuerung idealerweise im Fashion Umfeld mit.
- Idealerweise hast du zusätzlich ein gutes Verständnis für Vertriebsprozesse bzw. erste Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Key Accounts.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel.
