Join Cresta, where AI is transforming the future of work. As a Customer Engineer, you'll play a vital role in delivering our cutting-edge AI solutions to enterprise contact centers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing integration designs and project plans developed by internal stakeholders
- Designing, building, and deploying applications using Cresta’s SDKs, libraries, and APIs
- These applications will integrate with contact center chat or phone platforms
- Participating in testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cresta products
- Having hands-on experience with Go, Python, and JavaScript
- Partnering with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to triage and resolve technical issues, while also collaborating with engineering teams to achieve successful outcomes

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits.
