Bei Job Connection suchen wir einen CTO als Co-Founder, der in unserem HR Tech Startup eine Schlüsselrolle übernimmt. In der Pre-Seed-Phase hast du die Chance, von Anfang an dabei zu sein und unser digitales Recruiting-Tool für den Mittelstand zu prägen.

Aktuell geben wir Vollgas im Gateway Inkubator Programm. Wir haben Zeit bis Ende Juli, um unser Fundament zu finalisieren, die Traktion zu beweisen und das nächste Level (Seed-Funding) vorzubereiten. Was uns fehlt? Ein technischer Kopf, der nicht nur Code schreibt, sondern als Co-Founder die Vision mitschreibt.

Aufgaben

Du bist nicht "nur" Entwickler*in. Du bist Architekt*in und strategische*r Partner*in:

• Produkt-Schmiede: Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Skalierung unseres MVPs.
• Tech-Strategy: Du entscheidest über den Stack, die Architektur und die Integration von (KI-gestützten) Matching-Algorithmen.
• Fundraising: Du stehst mit uns vor Investoren und überzeugst durch technisches Know-how und eine klare Roadmap.
• Team-Building: Nach der Finanzierung baust du dein eigenes Tech-Team auf und prägst unsere Engineering-Kultur.

Qualifikation

• Macher-Mentalität: Du hast Lust auf "Hands-on" in der Pre-Seed Phase. Du baust lieber, als nur zu verwalten.
• Full-Stack-DNA: Ob Node.js, Python, React oder Flutter – du beherrscht dein Handwerk und kannst skalierbare Cloud-Infrastrukturen (AWS/Azure/GCP) aufsetzen.
• Produkt-Verständnis: Du denkst aus Sicht der User. Ein Feature ist für dich erst gut, wenn es ein Problem löst, nicht wenn der Code schön ist.
• Hybrides Arbeiten: Du wohnst in Köln oder Umgebung. Wir legen Wert auf persönliche Sessions und die aktive wöchentliche Teilnahme an den Workshops im Gateway Inkubator, um das Programm bestmöglich zu nutzen.
• Gründer-Spirit: Du verstehst, dass ein Startup ein Marathon mit Sprint-Etappen ist. Du bist resilient, kommunikativ und hast Biss.

Rahmenbedingungen & Kompensation

Da wir uns in der frühen Pre-Seed Phase befinden, spielen wir mit offenen Karten:

• Equity-Modell: Die Vergütung erfolgt aktuell ausschließlich über signifikante Anteile (Sweat Equity). Du wirst vollwertiger Teil des Gründerteams.
• Gründung: Die offizielle Firmengründung (GmbH) ist innerhalb der nächsten 9 bis 12 Monate geplant, sobald die Seed-Finanzierung oder entsprechende Meilensteine erreicht sind.
• Gehalt: Ein fixes Gehalt ist zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt noch nicht möglich – unser Fokus liegt darauf, den Unternehmenswert gemeinsam aufzubauen, um nach der Finanzierung marktübliche Gehälter zu zahlen.
