Als Teil von BellRing Brands, einem globalen Player im Bereich der Sporternährung, ist Active Nutrition International mit Sitz in München und eigener Produktionsstätte in Voerde, eine wichtige Tochtergesellschaft für den internationalen Markt.

Als Controller (m/w/d) unterstützt du ganzheitlich im Controlling mit besonderem Fokus auf Sales Controlling, Reporting-Landschaft und datengetriebenes Business Partnerin mit dem Ziel Transparenz über Umsatz, Margen und Profitabilität zu schaffen sowie moderner Reporting- und Steuerungsinstrumente weiterzuentwickeln.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle bei uns 🚀

• Steuerung und Reporting: Du unterstützt das Controlling und Reporting, erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreportings, analysierst Umsatz, Margen, Kostenstrukturen und Profitabilität und entwickelst aussagekräftige Management-Dashboards sowie KPI-Systeme.
• Planung & Forecasting: Du wirkst an Budget- und Forecast-Prozessen mit und erstellst Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
• FMCG-Controlling: Du analysierst Produktmargen und Deckungsbeiträge, steuerst Marketing- und Promotionsbudgets, kontrollierst Supply-Chain-, Produktions- und Logistikkosten und behältst Preisstrategien sowie Handelsmargen im Blick.
• Prozesse & Systeme: Du entwickelst Controlling-Prozesse und Reportingstrukturen weiter, optimierst ERP- und BI-Systeme und implementierst automatisierte Reporting-Lösungen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
• Business Partnering: Du arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Marketing, Supply Chain und der Geschäftsführung zusammen, übernimmst die finanzielle Bewertung neuer Produkte, Märkte und Vertriebskanäle und unterstützt bei Investitionsentscheidungen.

Qualifikation

Deine Erfahrungen & Skills 💪

• Qualifikation & Praktische Erfahrungen: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Controlling, idealerweise in der FMCG-Branche mit
• Business-Partner-Mindest: Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Daten verständlich für das Management aufzubereiten und überzeugst durch Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein ausgeprägtes Business-Partner-Mindset.
• Technische Skills: Tiefes Verständnis von ERP-Systemen (Infor von Vorteil) sowie sehr gut Excel Kenntnisse
• Soft skills: Du bringst unternehmerisches Denken, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine Hands-on Mentalität mit
• Sprachkenntnisse: Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse mit.
