Aufgaben

• Du unterstützt bei der Planung, Budgetierung und Forecast-Erstellung
• Du analysierst Umsätze, Kosten, Roherträge und relevante Kennzahlen auf Markt-, Regionen- und Warengruppenebene
• Du erstellst Reports, Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
• Du arbeitest bei Abweichungsanalysen mit und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
• Du unterstützt bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Du entwickelst Controlling-Tools, Reports und Prozesse weiter
• Du arbeitest eng mit Einkauf, Vertrieb und Supply Chain zusammen

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Du hast erste praktische Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im LEH, Handel oder FMCG (z. B. durch Praktikum oder Werkstudium)
• Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und eine ausgeprägte analytische Denkweise
• Du gehst sicher mit Excel um und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) und ERP-Systemen
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
• Du bist teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und lernbereit
• Deine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut und für die Rolle essenziell
