Job Description

Als Controller (all genders) bist du aktiver Business-Partner für Management, Produkt, Vertrieb und Projektorganisation. Du verbindest Finance-Exzellenz mit Prozessdenken und nutzt Daten und KI, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu ermöglichen. Du arbeitest nah an Geschäftsführung, Projekten und Produkt – und gestaltest Controlling neu: datengetrieben, vorausschauend und als Enabler für Wachstum.

Aufgaben

Du steuerst, analysierst und gestaltest – und schaffst damit die Basis für fundierte Entscheidungen in einem wachsenden Tech-Unternehmen.Liquiditätsmanagement, Cashflow-Planung und monatliche Ergebnisanalysen inkl. Abweichungsanalysen

• Budget-, Forecast- und Szenarioplanung sowie Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Kaufmännische Begleitung von Angeboten sowie Projektcontrolling für Implementierungs- und Kundenprojekte
• Aufbau steuerungsrelevanter KPIs und Sparringspartner für Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte
• Weiterentwicklung von Finance-Prozessen sowie aktive Rolle bei der Einführung von BI-, ERP- und KI-Systemen
• Unterstützung im Rechnungswesen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä. und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling/Finance, idealerweise im Tech- oder Projektumfeld
• Kenntnisse in Liquiditätsplanung, DATEV und Ergebnisanalysen; Erfahrung mit ERP- & BI-Systemen sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse, idealerweise im Umfeld von Intralogistik, Automatisierung
• Gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle im SaaS- und Projektumfeld sowie für Finance-Prozesse in wachsenden Tech-Unternehmen
• Ausgeprägte Affinität zu digitalen Tools, Automatisierung und KI-Anwendungen; Offenheit für iterative Verbesserungen statt starrer Konzernprozesse
• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an dynamischen Umfeldern
• Fließendes Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
