Du verantwortest den gesamten Content-Bereich bei Elektrovorteil – von der strategischen Planung bis zur Umsetzung. Du denkst in Zielgruppen, Kanälen und Formaten, verstehst wie organische Sichtbarkeit entsteht und weißt, welche Inhalte Menschen wirklich ansprechen. Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsführung und dem Performance-Marketing zusammen.

Aufgaben

Content & Redaktion

• Planung, Erstellung und Pflege von Inhalten für Website, Blog und Landing Pages
• Entwicklung eines redaktionellen Kalenders und konsistenter Content-Strukturen
• Aufbereitung komplexer Themen (THG-Quote, E-Mobilität, Förderungen) in verständliche, zielgruppengerechte Inhalte

SEO & GEO

• Keyword-Recherche und inhaltliche Optimierung bestehender und neuer Seiten
• Technisches SEO-Grundverständnis: Meta-Daten, interne Verlinkung, Seitenstruktur
• Beobachtung und Anpassung an Entwicklungen im Bereich Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) – Inhalte fit machen für KI-basierte Suchantworten (z. B. Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search)

Social Media

• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Social-Media-Kanäle (organisch)
• Entwicklung kanalspezifischer Formate und Bildsprache
• Community-Interaktion und Monitoring der relevanten Kanäle

Creative Strategy

• Entwicklung von Content-Konzepten und kreativen Kampagnenideen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Performance-Marketing
• Erstellung von Briefings für Creatives (Texte, Visuals, Videos) – ggf. auch Eigenproduktion
• Testen und Weiterentwickeln von Hooks, Formaten und Botschaften auf Basis von Performance-Daten

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Content-Erstellung – schriftlich und visuell
• Solide SEO-Kenntnisse und ein Gefühl dafür, wie Inhalte organisch performen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Social-Media-Kanälen und deren Algorithmen
• Fähigkeit, sowohl strategisch zu denken als auch operativ umzusetzen
• Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; präziser, zielgruppengerechter Schreibstil
