Bisher kam unser Content von externen Dienstleistern. Jetzt holen wir die Produktion ins eigene Haus – und dafür brauchen wir dich. Als Content Creator / Video Editor bist du der kreative Motor hinter unseren Reels und Ads: Du entwickelst die Ideen, drehst sie und schneidest sie so, dass sie auf Social Media und in unseren Kampagnen abliefern. Bei uns bist du kein Rädchen im Getriebe, sondern Teil eines familiären, dynamischen Teams, das schnell umsetzt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst Content-Ideen und Hooks, die auf Instagram, TikTok & Co. funktionieren
• Du planst, drehst und produzierst Reels und Ad-Videos – immer up to date bei Trends und Formaten
• Du übernimmst den Schnitt inkl. Untertiteln, Sound-Design und einfachen Animationen
• Du produzierst Creatives gezielt für unsere Performance-Kampagnen und lieferst regelmäßig frisches Material
• Du fängst unsere Anlagen, Baustellen und das Team authentisch ein – vom Rohmaterial bis zum fertigen Clip
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Performance-Team zusammen und leitest aus deren Daten neue Creative-Ansätze ab

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Social-Media-Content, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Reels / Short-Form-Video
• Sicherer Umgang mit Schnitt-Tools wie CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro [und ggf. After Effects]
• Gespür für Trends, Storytelling und schnelle, aufmerksamkeitsstarke Formate
• Eigenständige, kreative Arbeitsweise – du setzt deine Ideen selbst um, statt auf Briefings zu warten
• Ein gutes Auge für Bild, Schnitt und Rhythmus
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

(Nice to have, kein Muss: Erfahrung vor der Kamera, eigenes Kamera-Equipment, Grundkenntnisse in Grafik/Design.)
