Aufgaben

  • Rohmaterial (Gespräche, Ideen, Kundenprojekte) in starke LinkedIn-Posts verwandeln
  • Content-Kalender planen und eigenständig umsetzen (ca. 6-8 Posts pro Monat)
  • Kundenerfolge und Fallstudien journalistisch aufbereiten
  • Performance der Beiträge analysieren und Ableitungen für künftigen Content ziehen
  • Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Testimonial-Videos und weiterem Content-Material

Qualifikation

  • Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Journalismus, BWL oder vergleichbar - oder nachweisbare Erfahrung als Freelancer
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift - du schreibst klar, nicht akademisch
  • Gespür für Storytelling und B2B-Kommunikation im deutschsprachigen Raum
  • Interesse an KI-Themen und Mittelstandsthemen (du musst kein Experte sein, aber neugierig)
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise - du brauchst kein tägliches Briefing
