Job Description

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erstellung zielgruppengerechter Inhalte für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) sowie interne Plattformen – auch unter Einsatz moderner KI-Tools
  • Eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Video- und Fotoproduktionen (Kamera, Ton, Licht, Setgestaltung) unter Einhaltung des Corporate Designs
  • Schnitt und Postproduktion von Video- und Fotomaterial (Farbkorrektur, Tonmischung, Grafiken, Intro/Outro-Elemente) – inkl. KI-gestützter Workflows (z. B. Transkription, Untertitel, Schnittassistenz, Audio-Optimierung)
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau, der Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Steuern steuern Podcasts sowie YouTube-/Interview-Formate (Konzept, Technik-Setup, Produktionsabläufe, Betreuung vor Ort) – inkl. KI-Workflow für Recherche, Skript/Outline, Transkription, Kapitelmarken, Shownotes und KI-gestützte Audio-Nachbearbeitung (z. B. Rauschreduktion, Sprachoptimierung)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketingleitung und den Fachbereichen zur Umsetzung von Videoideen und Kommunikationszielen
  • Beobachtung aktueller Trends in Video- und Fotoproduktion sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Formaten und Stilrichtungen – inkl. neuer KI-Tools und Best Practices

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Mediendesign/Medienproduktion oder Du hast bestenfalls bereits in einer Agentur Erfahrungen sammeln können
  • technisches Verständnis im Bereich Kamera, Ton, Beleuchtung und Videobearbeitung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools in der Content-Produktion: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, Riverside
  • Du identifizierst Dich mit Deiner Arbeit und Dich zeichnet eine zielorientierte und engagierte Arbeits- und Denkweise aus
  • Deine To-Do´s hast Du eigenverantwortlich im Blick und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
