Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen
Zeitpunkt möglicherweise genau dich als (Senior-) Consultant. Bei uns arbeitest
du auf spannenden Projekten mit namenhaften Kunden zusammen, übernimmst früh
Verantwortung und hast attraktive Entwicklungs- & Aufstiegschancen.

Aufgaben

Du analysierst Prozesse, Strukturen und
Geschäftsmodelle, entwickelst praxisnahe Lösungen zur Kosten- und
Leistungsoptimierung und begleitest Transformationen von der Strategie bis zur
Umsetzung. Immer mit dem Ziel, messbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen und nachhaltige
Veränderungen zu gestalten. Dazu gehört u.a.:

• Kostensenkung und
  Profitabilitätssteigerung auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen (Produkt, Projekt,
  Portfolio, Fertigungsstandort, gesamtes Unternehmen)
• Optimierung der Prozesslandschaft, von
  Auftragseingang bis Lieferung, mit Fokus auf Effizienz,
  Verantwortlichkeiten, Steuerungsmechanismen und die Systemlandschaft
• Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen: von
  End-2-End Performance-Steigerungen bis hin zu Operating Models,
  Transformationen und neuen Organisationsstrukturen
• Umsetzung direkt beim Kunden: Gemeinsam
  mit Fach- und Führungskräften aus Technik, Einkauf, Fertigung und weiteren
  Fachbereichen
• Enger Austausch und gemeinsame
  Projektsteuerung mit dem Management (Geschäftsführung, C-Level, Vorstand)
• Eigenverantwortliche Projektarbeit mit
  reichlich Entwicklungschancen

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im  
  

Projektgeschäft, idealerweise in der fertigenden Industrie oder der
Beratung

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im
  (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen oder ähnlichen Studiengängen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in
  Projektmanagement und der Anwendung von ersten Methoden zur
  Performance-Steigerung
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insb.
  Excel und PowerPoint; weiterführende Kenntnisse in Datenverarbeitung und
  -Analyse von Vorteil
• Strukturiertes, analytisches Arbeiten,
  kombiniert mit Umsetzungsstärke und natürlicher Kommunikation
• Reisebereitschaft (deutschlandweit,
  gelegentlich international)
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und
  Englischkenntnisse (verhandlungssicher)
