Aufgaben

WIR SUCHEN…
einen Werkstudent im Bereich Business Enablement und Operations (all genders) für 16-20 h/Woche mit u.a. den folgenden Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von internen Projekten und Prozessen
• Erstellung von Präsentation und Analyse z.B. monatlicher Stakeholder-Präsentationen; Sichten, Ausarbeiten und Erstellen von Templates für Angebote sowie das Erstellen von Berichten mittels Built In reporting und Dashboard-Lösungen von Salesforce / Sales Cloud
• Unterstützung des Teams im operativen Tagesgeschäft
• Durchführung von Recherchen und Datenanalysen z.B. mit LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Mitwirkung bei der Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen und operativer Effizienz
• Proaktive Nachverfolgung und Unterstützung des Teams bei der fristgerechten Umsetzung von Aufgaben

Qualifikation

Leidenschaft und Begeisterung sind für uns wichtiger als Zertifikate
oder Zeugnisse, aber folgende Fähigkeiten tragen dazu bei, dass Du
zu uns passt:

• Mindestens drei erfolgreich abgeschlossene Semester, idealerweise in einem wirtschaftsnahen Bereich, mit ersten praktischen Erfahrungen oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
• Du hast eine starke Begeisterung für Software und digitale Anwendungen
• Ausgeprägtes Aufgabenverständnis und eine Hands-on-Mentalität
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint
• Starke analytische und strukturierte Denkweise zur Erstellung und Auswertung von Berichten und Präsentationen, verbunden mit starkem Prozessverständnis
• Proaktive Arbeitsweise zur Nachverfolgung von Aufgaben und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Erledigung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigenständige und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise, da wir primär remote im Homeoffice arbeiten
