Für unser Team im Bereich AI & Data Analytics suchen wir aktuell Verstärkung.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Beratung und Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden
• Technische Konzeption von digitalen Lösungen und Automatisierungsstrategien
• Eigenständige Entwicklung individueller Softwarelösungen
• Implementierung und Nutzung bestehender Tools wie z. B. Power Automate
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen und IT unserer Kunden
• Verantwortung für End-to-End-Projekte – von der ersten Idee bis zur fertigen Lösung

Qualifikation

• Tiefes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse, insbesondere grundlegende buchhalterische Abläufe
• Sicherer Umgang mit mindestens einer gängigen Programmiersprache (z. B. Python, Java, C#)
• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- und Masterstudium in Informatik, Naturwissenschaften oder BWL
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Cloud-Plattformen (z. B. Azure) und Entwicklungserfahrung darin
• Erfahrung mit gängigen RPA-Tools (z. B. Power Automate, UiPath, n8n) wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in KI-basierter Programmierung in Visual Studio Code
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und PowerPoint
• Fließende Deutsch- (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse
